Lézigno & Cultural patronage

Lézigno

Located in the south of France, in Languedoc-Roussillon, the Domaine de Lézigno has been hosting the activities of the company since 1999.
From Wine to LightRadiant energy that is capable of exciting the retina and producing a visual sensation. The visible portion of the electromagnetic spectrum (light) extends from about 0.38 to 0.77 microns.  ... Technilum’s headquarter is a great example of conversion of a historical heritage site into an industrial workshops and offices.
A landscaping and a lighting treatment reveal the originality of this architecture while respecting the authenticity and greatness of the old wine cellar.

Industrial workshop and offices

The rehabilitation of the building, in ruins, and its adaptation to the constraints of the exploitation by Technilum® were given to the architecture workshop OMLB.
After a partial destruction of the concrete wine tanks, the installation of a line of machining and assembly took advantage of the roof height and the longitudinal arrangement.
The workshops are split into two parallel buildings and are topped an office open space. Mixing wood, glass and steel, this addition brings natural lightRadiant energy that is capable of exciting the retina and producing a visual sensation. The visible portion of the electromagnetic spectrum (light) extends from about 0.38 to 0.77 microns.  and provides walking space on the gateways.

Cultural Patronage
