The project
The new Queen’s Elms Halls of Residence complex and its social center offer essential student community facilities on this residential block, including: dining areas, a gym, cafés and bars, a supermarket, a laundry… Offering genuine spaces for sharing and exchange just a stone’s throw from the university, this project won the RSUA Design Awards – Planning Service Award.
Our Arbane lampposts, inspired by the silhouette of a tree, punctuate the forecourt of the ELM BT9 Treehouse village, perfectly complementing this living space with its many trees and landscaped areas.
