Powder coating
Resistance and a wide choice of finishes
Powder coating is a surface treatment that is particularly suited for aluminum, requiring no pre-treatment prior to the powder coating process.
Our products are manufactured in line with Qualicoat and Qualimarine quality standards, guaranteeing a high-quality, uniform and long-lasting finish. Our seamless assembly techniques mean that, if required, we can powder-coat the parts separately, allowing us to combine different colors.
At Technilum, we are strongly committed to sustainability and longevity : this is why we have chosen to treat all our lighting columns in Class 2. This quality of powder, also known as ‘superdurable’, guarantees a highly long-lasting lacquer. Anodization
Unequalled strength and durability
Anodising is THE exclusive surface treatment for aluminum. It is carried out by electrolysis and gives the aluminum a very thin (around 20 microns) but very resistant uniform layer of protection. (Source:ADAL) Anodising gives our lighting columns greater resistance to wear and corrosion, making them particularly suitable for your seaside projects.
