Palais des Papes square, Avignon. Custom-made lighting columns for dimensional and scenographic lighting

The project

The Palais des Papes in Avignon, a true symbol of Europe’s medieval heritage, is now at the heart of an ambitious project that combines historical preservation, modernity and an enriching visitor experience.

We are proud to have designed and produced bespoke lighting fixtures based on the Caladoc profile, which was created specifically for this project.
Bipod and tripod lighting columns are thus elegantly dotted around this heritage site, meeting aesthetic, technical, environmental and time-related requirements.
The lighting and design are the joint creation of Acte Lumière and Studio BT!
