The project

One Tower Bridge on London’s South Bank openned up in September 2017. The plan was conceived as a lasting new piece of the city which articulates the transition between London’s contemporary architecture and historic buildings, being adjacent to the Grade I listed Tower Bridge. A new pedestrian route, Duchess Walk, has been created to maximise views through the site from Tooley Street to the south tower of Tower Bridge.

Shiraz light poles and wall-mounted luminaire have been selected for their timeless design which perfectly fits in this environment. To maximize the security of the numerous pedestrians and cyclists, security cameras have also been integrated into the lighting furniture.
