Quai Port Neuf, Béziers

The project

This large-scale redevelopment project for Quai Port Neuf and its surrounding neighborhood aims to reconnect the city with the banks of the Orb River. Three distinct areas follow one another: the residential neighborhood, the quays and locks of the Canal du Midi, and Orb Park, all just a stone’s throw from the train station and city center.

Steeped in a rich history of river transport, Quai Port Neuf now features a variety of lighting solutions to illuminate several distinct areas.
Our Niagara bollards, which also line Chemin St Jude leading to the Cathedral, punctuate the pedestrian walkways.
Our Reille lighting columns, equipped with our Paulette floodlights, illuminate areas requiring road or architectural lighting.
Featuring openwork side openings reminiscent of the lighting columns on the Allées Paul Riquet in the city center, these light columns contribute to the overall coherence of the urban environment in Béziers.
